Rain returns by the middle of the week. Rain chances will increase and coverage of showers and storms will become more numerous by Wednesday through Friday evening. Some periods of heavy rainfall will be possible as deep tropical moisture continues to stream into the region and interact with a frontal boundary moving southward into the region.
